Booking & stays

Reservations, rates, availability, minimum stays, taxes, and cancellation terms are presented and confirmed at the time of booking through OwnerRez. Please review them before you book.

Events & gatherings

Event details — space, beverage-service coordination, vendors, timing, and any applicable requirements — are arranged in your event proposal. Delphius does not operate a bar and does not include or promise alcohol service.

House expectations

We ask guests to treat the property with care, respect quiet hours and neighbors, and follow the house guidelines provided with the booking. Smoking, pet, parking, and occupancy guidelines are confirmed with your reservation.

Recovery & medical stays

Delphius does not provide medical care, nursing, clinical services, treatment, transportation, supervision, emergency response, or medical advice, and is not suitable for guests requiring those services. See Recovery & Medical Stays for details.
