Privacy Policy

Effective June 21, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Delphius Asset Management DBA Delphius ("Delphius," "we," "us") handles information collected through delphius.co.

Information we collect. When you submit an inquiry form we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, dates, party size, and any message. Our forms do not collect payment-card details or health information, and we ask that you not include them. When you book a stay, your reservation and payment are handled by OwnerRez under its own terms and privacy practices.

How we use it. We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, arrange your stay or event, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and tools. We use OwnerRez (booking, availability, and lodging payments), Cloudflare (website hosting, security and Turnstile bot-protection, and email routing), and — only where you consent — Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for site analytics, and Meta Pixel and Google Ads for advertising measurement. These providers process data under their own terms.

Server logs. Our hosting layer (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.

Cookies and consent. Non-essential analytics and advertising tags load only after you consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using "Privacy Choices" in the footer, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals where applicable.

Retention. We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to assist you and for a reasonable period afterward (generally up to 24 months), then delete it. We do not retain sensitive details beyond what is necessary to respond.

Changes. We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
